• Control over irregularities in Minimum Support Price in milk and milk products / foodgrains / potatoes (all vegetables) / pulses / oilseeds / paddy / wheat.
  • Actual implementation of Milk and Agriculture Policy of the Government of India.
  • Elimination of middle man.
  • Elimination of synthetic milk / adulterated milk and milk products by availability of milk production on the basis of market demand / fulfillment.
  • Prevention of rotting vegetables / other damage.
  • Prevention of disenchantment with agricultural works.


Assumptions of Project Report

There will be 5 groups in each Gram Sabha and each group will comprise of 12 farmers.

There will be average production of 10 litres of milk per day from each farmer.

Minimum Selling Price (MSP) of milk will be Rs. 34.87/- per litre.

Each farmer will spent 25% of its income generated for fodder and other maintenance services such as veterinary services of animal.

Each farmer will give 45% of its income generated for EMI on loan taken for purchase of animal.

Cost of cow and buffalo would be approx Rs. 50,000/- with DEDS.

Due to unavailability of market set by government at nearby places approx 44% of farmers.

It is assumed that each farmer produces 5 quintal of wheat, 2 quintal of Paddy, 5 quintal of potato, 2 quintal of pulses and 1 quintal of Oil Seeds from 1 beegha land in one year.
